First of all... I have been sick lately and on Emma's last day of school before track break I found the energy to get her to school. When I got back home from dropping her off in the Kinder area, I noticed her lunch bag sitting on the counter. I sighed and then the phone rang. It was Mrs. Penn, her teacher. She informed me that Emma was having a panic attack. I started to laugh with my sad little laryngitis voice of mine and before her teacher could say another word I told her that her lunch is right here on the counter. I then told her that Bryan would drop it of in an hour. So feeling so emotional and frazzled from everything I decided to leave Emma a card saying I am sorry and that I loved her. She came home from school that day with a "letter card" that she made in center time. If you can't read it: "It is ok if you forgot to pack up my lunch. Love Emma." Not only could she read my letter she wrote me back. I will cherrish it forever!
LJ was practicing writing his name, (instead of writing "LJ".) And on his paper he wrote me a little note. Incase you can't read it: "LJ (heart for love) Mommy" Aren't kids the cutest! For being 4 years old I am quite proud of him!
My cousin Joy came to town for a few days and we had a night out on the strip. I think it is the only time I go there is when family comes into town! We walked a lot just checking out hotels here and there and were out from 8pm to 2 something in the morning! I even got us lost for a bit around Ceasars Palace but it made for some good times!
The amazing family, that took me in after I was baptized, was having a baby shower for their youngest daughter, Chauni. When I got there I felt so left out because all 4 of the Leavitt girls were prego and almost due along with 2 or 3 other girls there as well! And there was a new born, too! Anyhow. It was really good to see them again. I have not been the greatest at keeping intouch with their family... I'm just a retard.... I missed them so much!
Scott thinks he is all grown up and almost everyday wants to wear his brothers undies. There is still a diaper under there... are you kidding me? I am not that lucky! He will be officially 18 months tomorrow! Yeah... no more hallway mom at church... into the nursery you go! Woot Woot!
Ok, so this video was just too funny, well to us! I found some leftover Easter peeps and we decided to Peep joust for our activity after FHE. Now if you have never heard of this before let me explain. First you take two peeps (the chicks work the best cause they stand up) and you stick a tooth pick into the front of each peep. Then you put them on a microwave safe plate facing each other. It looks like they are going to joust like the knights in shining armor would do. Then comes the fun. You pick your champion and start the microwave. Which ever one pokes and deflates the other one first wins! It is a lot of fun. But since we had bunny peeps it didn't work. They just grew which was still funny! I just thought you would like to see the video of our growing bunnies!
Well, for some reason I cannot upload the other pics. Anyhow... that is that for now!
