Sooooo busy!

Moving has been very exhausting, HOWEVER..... I am very glad to be here! We have been keeping busy with the summer in full swing! Who ever said that summer days were lazy...?

Well, just a few updates...

We got new furniture! 3 piece sectional for the living room. With the 6 of us and lots of family and friends... we needed it! (It is sooooo comfy!)

I have set up the playroom for the kids. It is supposed to be the family room but I decided to change it since the kids never play with the toys in their room. Now the toys feel loved again! And from the kids mouths it was the best thing I ever did!!!

We have been babysitting a lot for friends and family.... and sad to say we had to bid farewell to the Liljenquists and the Hughes. I will miss them so much... but I know we will stay in touch.

Birthday girl Sophie got to wear the birthday wings... (I didn't have anything else! She thought it was pretty special!)

Grace in the playroom. She is most happy in this room... She loves to watch all the commotion.

Emma and Scott in the playroom watching a movie.

I finally set up the kids beds.... Emma just loves her room.

Of course she is sharing it with her sister.... for now.

The boys have their beds up, too.

It was cousin Georgia's birthday party and we were off to Floyd Lamb State Park. The boys decided to spike their hair.

Cousins Sabine and Trista, (not pictured,) were there, too. They had so much fun!

We had never seen so many curious peacocks!

They came right up to us!

Bryan was not able to go on this trip with us and we missed him very much. I was not going to let that get in the way of our fun, though. I took all 4 kids on a mile long walk around the park. Thank goodness for Grace's carrier. It was hot but a lot of fun!

We stopped to watch people fish.

We stopped to float sticks.

We walked and walked and stopped at almost everything along the way to examine and play with everything possible!

We stopped to look at the goslings.

We even stopped to look at the peacocks. This one didn't like me. That's when we left! All in all we had a lot of fun! Thanks Georgia and happy birthday!

Isn't she precious? When I take Graces weeks pictures I also get a few close ups of her face. But this one had to be shared. It is just so perfect of her sweet and happy spirit! I love her eyes! They are always smiling!!

I also always have a kid or two jump in on the picture taking... this time it was Emma. Aren't they cute!
The End.
