Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas! The kids did a lot this year and pictures just don't justify!

Here they are decorating the first EVER Severance REAL Christmas Tree...

We made Krispy Treat houses and left one out for Santa along with cocoa and cookies...

Threw reindeer food on the roof... with the help of daddy!
Each kid got a turn....

Scott was too cute!

See the yummy food!

Ok... So at 5:20AM, (just a few hours after mom and dad went to bed,) our sweet Elijah comes to wake mommy up to tell her that he woke up and checked to see if Santa was in the house but found presents instead. I told him to crawl into bed and kept talking to him about it. He was a good boy and laid there for a few more minutes while mommy fell back asleep. Not a few minutes later he wakes me up again to tell me that he is took excited and can't sleep. So mommy gets daddy up, we get dressed and then out to get the other two up. (Grace got to sleep until 9ish.) We started opening presents at 6AM. TOO EARLY. But Bryan and I giggled about it. Oh, to be a kid again!!!!!

Opening stockings.....

Grace's first Christmas! She had a great time! Mostly ate the toys.

Later it was time for more Christmas with daddy's side of the family. It was at our home and boy was breakfast yummy!

Then it was time to go to yet another Christmas for my side of the family.

Grace was quite a pro by this point!

Once a year I get to see my brother. He lives far away in a land called Henderson, NV. It was his first time meeting Grace. She liked him a lot.

He is my little brother and I.

My kiddos had a great Christmas and I can say the same for myself. We are so blessed with everything that has happened this past year. Most of all... We are blessed to have these 4 kiddos in our lives. They each are a reminder of the best gift of all. Being parents.

Oh. Here are the kids enjoying MOMMY'S gift! (Yes, daddy... It's yours, too!)
