It's almost Halloween!

Just too anxious for Halloween mom.....  Give us something to do!

Homework/word study on the windows, with window crayons.

Free draw over homework with said window crayons.

Relaxing in the dirt while mom, dad, Emma and Elijah clean up vacant lots.

Snack time with grandma!

 Back to digging!

School carnival time!

Playing at the playground at school!

Trying on different costumes for Trunk-or-Treat!

Congo line with cousins after said Trunk-or-Treat!

Pumpkin carving time!  Have to plan out the faces!  We tried to make them just as they drew them!  (We gave Grace's a face since the crayon art was just not enough.)

The kids didn't want to get their hands dirty with pumpkin guts.  I went in and took one for the team.

Yes.  Bryan is using power tools.  His pumpkin turned out great!

It's Yes Man from Fall Out.  Yes.  It's from a video game.

The whole family of pumpkin heads!

Dady brought home a surprise for the kids...   Dry ice.

They all wondered what it would do in a bubble bath...  I wouldn't let them do it in the tub for fear that Grace or Scott would jump in....  But the results were cool!  As the gas fumed off, it formed a soap bubble.  Once popped it let out the gas.  So fun!

Some fell into the cuff of daddys pants!

Our must do haunted gingerbread house.  Next year I am going to hide the box so they have to use their own idea...

Grace helped daddy in the kitchen with baking of cupcakes for the school parties and baking the pumpkin seeds.

Had to put this in....  I caught her on the counter and she realized it!  LOL!

Mmmm...  Pumpkin seeds.  They tasted just like popcorn.  Bryan made a butter pan and a kettle corn pan.  Very yummy.  They all had some, too.

This was supposed to be Grace's costume but I cannot get her to keep it on.  So she ended up being the butterfly.

Ballet for Tiggers?!!

Action shot of her falling!
 Growling at the Tigger!
Scott wanted to be a pirate spiderman but LJ wouldn't let him wear his costume from the last 3 years...  It's a good thing we borrowed another one from a friend.  Scott was a buff-spiderman and LJ was a blow up-plane!
