We have done so much in the past two months.... July was such a busy month so having a slower August was nice. In July we not only had a two 4th of July celebrations and a family vacation to Utah, (both of which the photos won't upload,) but we had the weeks booked up with lots of fun! Tuesdays we went to the free movies, Wednesdays and Thursdays were
playdates, Fridays were swim days at the Nelsons pool, (thanks for letting us use it!) and Saturdays were spent at water parks with my sis-in-law or at their Grandparents house in the sand box. So much fun!
This was at Pioneer Days... LJ was a pro at golf... can't you tell by his swing? His first ball was a hole in one!

We couldn't pull Scott away from the bull....

Emma had to get this close since the bulls head kept falling off! It was quite funny!

Cousin Dylan went with us this year.

I went out to lunch at the Cheesecake Factory with a few friends from High School. (From left to right:) Our waitress, Marilyn, Me, Kirsten, Melissa.

My sister-in-law finally had her baby! They named her Trista. Such a sweet baby! I hope her girl cooties rubbed off onto my tummy!

Emma wants a sister
soooo bad but holding her cousin will have to do for now.

Emma graduated from Kindergarten! YEAH! This is her FAB teacher Mrs. Penn and her class.

The program was too cute and the kids did a great job!

This is my neighbor and best friend Brandi.... Our kids were in the same class! We met at the bus stop last year... Now she and her family are moving back to California... Sniff, I said bye to her today... so sad.

After graduation we took Emma out to lunch at the
Juke Joint. After we ate we ordered her a BIG piece of cake... it is really good!

Graduation was on a Tuesday and by Friday it was such a happy but sad day. We are so proud of Emma for all she has accomplished this year but are so sad to not see Mrs Penn much any more. Talk about a wonderful teacher.
SHe was an answer to our prayers. Thanks Mrs Penn!

Here she is before school! So cute!

One last good bye before going into Kindergarten for the last time!

So now she is a 1st grader! This is Emma standing in front of her new desk at her new Magnet School!

First day of school!

She is back on the bus this year... At least she rode for a few months last year and knows the routine!

I have been
"home schooling" Elijah's preschool and he completed 3 of his work books! This kid is on fire! He is so smart. Now if I could find some help with his speech...
Way to go big boy!

All in all we have had lots of fun.
