We brought our two turtles home from the shop. Two years ago someone left these two tiny 1 inch turtles on our door step. That seems to happen a lot to us with pets... but these were so cute! Now they are so big! And so easy to take care of! They are red-eared sliders and the girls like to swim and sunbathe! My kind of pet! They are the same age but Lady is much bigger than Skiders. (We thought Skiders was going to be a boy!) I love listening to their water fall at night! The kids can't touch them but they are so fun to watch!
Their tank doesn't look like this anymore.... We are going to change some things around.
Now their tank is under construction until the funds become available.... But this gave them more room to swim.

I remember those turtles! That is fun that you still have them, they are so big. :)
