Last day of school before winter break. This is how the kiddos came off the bus. I love the holidays!
Our family was very blessed this year. With daddy being unemployed just 2 weeks before Christmas, it looked very grim for our kids. We had budgeted the paycheck right before Christmas for gifts. We never got it. But with the help of loving friends and an anonymous benefactor... We were blessed beyond measure and had a great Christmas. The kids were so grateful for EVERY gift. They loved everything. I am blessed to have these kids as my own.
Scott woke up first. Then went to wake up Emma. They all gave each other sleepy Christmas morning hugs. It was so cute!
Then Emma went to wake up Elijah... He is the toughest to wake.
Bryan grabbed Grace and she stayed asleep. It was quite early!
My mom is a Christmas baby so every year we also get to have cake that night! Next year will be the big one, mom... Watch out!
