Emma and her leprechaun trap

Emma had a homework assignment at school to build a Leprechaun trap. She was only allowed to use items from home. So her and daddy began planning it. It was completely Emma's idea to make a log trap. First there was a blue print. Then it was time to gather materials. It took them 3 days and around 8 hours to build from start to finish.

They used an animal trap that we had in our shed. Daddy took her to school on Tuesday to turn it in so they could set up the traps for St. Patricks' day morning. Daddy was also a Watch Dog at her school that day along with Uncle Earle.

The trap did not catch a leprechaun but, there was a stash of Lucky Charms left behind!

The video is only a few seconds but it shows the detail of the log a little better.
