Cedar City, Utah... We haven't been back there in almost 2 years. We used to go all the time... So it was good to be back. The Vegas weather was around 110 and in Cedar it was in the high 70s. The first day we just hung out at grandmas house until the car show down main street opened. The kids could go out front and play ALL BY THEMSELVES... Can you just imagine! They explored everything and even got to go to the park that is behind the house. But their favorite was potato bug rolling!
Grace just wanted to dig in the flower pots... Eventually we just let her and then put all the soil back. She was too cute to stop!
The kids found "mutant" dandelions and blew them all to pieces! They are very entertaining!
Emma loved the back yard... it has grass... I KNOW!
Elijah was telling me about what he had found in the great out doors...
Scott told me that this flower was AMAZING!
Time for the car show... since I am not BIG on cars I will leave them out but this was Emma's favorite.
There was rock climbing... Emma made it half way. I think she didn't like climbing barefoot.
Elijah went pretty high and when he was done they had to pull him down... he just barely weighed enough!
In the front seat of the airports firetruck. It was VERY big!
On the way back to the car we found a water area... They were all SOAKING wet by the time they were done!
Scott had enough of the water and decided to eat popcorn with dad.
See?!! Totally wet!
And... this is why! (See the water going through her skirt!!)
At the end of the day I told the kids to play more outside and I would make dinner. I tell you these kids hang out together all the time! Even in the gutter, playing in the mud!
